We ship all our wigs, wefts and or accessories by UPS Express ,FedEX  and or DHL Shipping.

It will take approximately  2-4 business days to arrive in USA/Canada, and approximately  4-6 business days to arrive  elsewhere. Business Days are Monday – Friday, Observed Holidays are not considered normal business transit days.

After production , and once production images are emailed for approval. The approximate time frame for shipping will be as below

USA ORDERS: 2-4 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDER: 3-5 Business Days

A Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Number will be emailed to you once shipped. The status of your delivery can be viewed via either UPS, FedEX, DHL websites.

All wigs will be shipped to the billing address  listed on your credit card statement , to avoid fraudulent orders, which we do prosecute to the highest extent of the law. However, if you are in the USA and your wig must be sent to another address you will need to email customer service for further instructions info@lacefrenzy.com

Holiday Observation and Shipping

Please note in the event you place an order on the day before or on a National Holiday, we will start processing your order on our next business day. Also there will be some shipping delays during major holiday seasons. We advise if you need orders processed faster to contact customer service prior to placing your order.

The delivery and production time frames are listed below:

  • Standard: 22-36 days to produce + 2-4 Business Days

Depending on the complexity of certain custom hair pieces will require EXTRA PROCESSING TIME. Inquire before processing orders .
