Definite details below:
- The customer who isn’t satisfied with the lace wigs, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours to make application of “return or exchange” since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.
- In order to ensure the safe transport of the wig ,be sure to contact us before sending the wig back, Please!
- We reserve the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
- Lace Frenzy does not accept any subjective and unreasonable reason of customer to request for return. ONLY CRAFTSMANSHIP ERRORS WILL APPLY. THIS IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO NEW DELIVERS WITHIN 24-48 HRS. NOT WORN OR ALTERED HAIR PIECES AND WIGS
- (Photos will be required for proof – with order # and receiver/buyer name)
Unreasonable Criteria :
- Product doesn’t look good on buyer
- Color doesn’t match buyer’s complexion (always refer to our color chart prior to purchasing any item to be aware of color selection)
- Style of unit, hair pieces will not work for buyer
- Buyer doesn’t like product ( Actual images of stock units are on the site )
- Comparison of other hair pieces and or wigs made outside of our factory
- Comparing social media images of other individuals wearing hair pieces to the units or hair pieces you are purchasing or have purchased.
- This is applied for the ” in-stock” lace wigs, lace frontals, top closures & hair extensions and toupees not including any used wigs, custom lace wigs, special offer products or clearance sale.
- Please make sure Merchandise is in new condition, unused, uncut and in original package. ABSOLUTELY NO ALTERATION
- Please send pictures of the lace wig to us when you decide to make return, because we should check the condition and claims of the lace wig or hair pieces .
- For return case, you are required to send the wig or hair pieces by yourself. After we get the returned order, your refund of original payment will be remitted to your account, 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original total cost.
- After we confirm your return request, you can send the wig or hair pieces back with a ROA FORM.
ALL HAIR PIECES AND WIGS MUST BE RETURNED FIRST BEFORE EXCHANGES CAN BE PROCESSED. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Lace Frenzy Wigs will not accept any subjective and unreasonable reason of customer to request for exchange.
- ALL EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPPED HAIR PIECES. OTHERWISE ITEMS WILL BE DEEMED SATISFACTORY.
- This is applicable to “in-stock” lace wigs and hair pieces , DOES NOT include any used wigs, custom lace wigs, special offer products or clearance sale.
- ALL HAIR Merchandises must remain in new condition, unused, uncut and in original package.
- Customers who want to exchange can make application only one time for one order. please make sure all the information of exchange unit is accurate!
- A Return/Exchange Order Authorization form will be emailed to you , to be submitted with your returned/exchangeable item(s) w/ a generated R-O-A# (Return Order Authorization Number).
- Please send pictures of the lace wig to us when you decide to make exchange, because we should check the condition of the lace wig.
- The exchange can be done in the same style and hair length ONLY, if you want to exchange the different style or the wig in different length and so on, you WILL pay the price difference if any.
- NO applicable re-stocking fees will be charged for exchanges on IN-STOCK hair piece ONLY.
- For the shipping fee, BUYERS are responsible for any fees related to sending packages back to Lace Frenzy.
- After we confirm your exchange request, you can send the wig back to process.
Custom Lace Wigs
Custom wigs and hair units may only be returned if the craftsmanship is defective upon delivery ONLY, if the wrong unit is shipped or if the unit is not made with the same specifications given on the original order form. Under either of these circumstances, LACE FRENZY will remake the wig or hair unit at our expense.
CRAFTSMANSHIP ERROR CRITERIA:
Theses notifications should be alerted to us within 24-48 hours of receiving – otherwise we reserve the right to deem customer satisfaction.
- Wig Cap size inaccuracy – ( If we receive any return hair pieces or wigs for exchange and find the cap size accurate to your order request we will return the wig to the buyer with out processing exchange).
- Any torn lace defect shown upon delivery ONLY
PLEASE TO FOLLOW THE RETURN GUIDELINES ABOVE.
NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
ONCE IMAGES OF CUSTOM ORDERS HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUYER. THE BUYER HAS AGREED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCTION AS ALL SALES ON CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL.
If you must return a wig or hair unit for one of the above reasons, you must contact LACE FRENZY within 48 hours of receiving the unit for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from LACE FRENZY. Once authorization is given, all returns must be shipped by the United States Postal Service w/Signature or Delivery Confirmation.
Custom Units: No refunds are given on Custom Units , once production has started, we will send you (customer) a completed job photo of your unit once completed.
Important! INSPECT the unit immediately upon receiving it and make sure it is as you ordered. If you alter the wig or hair unit, CAN NOT be returned for any reason. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY ALTERED HAIR PIECES.
Contact LACE FRENZY to receive a return authorization. Return the wig or hair unit within 3 business days of receipt, in the original condition, which means the lace, can not be cut or damaged; the hair can not be altered in any way.
All wigs and hair units will be remade with the EXACT specifications from the original order form. Changing specifications is not allowed!
If any alterations are made to any unit there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to accepted returns and shipping a return product is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer.
Please Note! If you made a mistake with the specifications for your unit and discovered it after the unit has been made, LACE FRENZY WILL NOT be held accountable, so make sure that you review Start of Productions notices carefully for errors and notify LACE FRENZY by reply email before production starts on the unit.
