  • Now available Paypal Bill Me Later option ( buy anything over $99 and pay small increments over a 6 months period) 
  • Don’t have a Paypal account you may select secondary payment option  to pay with credit/debit card directly.

  • Order(s) Processing notifications will be emailed, after  successful transaction.
  • Shipping Time-frame differs by destination and the kind of product purchased. (Some products will ship separately).

Back- Ordering/ Pre-Ordering

  • How long does it take to get a back-ordered or Pre-Ordered item?
Back orders. “Back-order” / “Pre-Orders” means that one or more of the items on your order are currently out of stock. We will go ahead and ship the merchandise that is in stock, and will back order the rest for 60 days unless you request to have the order held for longer, or until the item is available.

A customer order that cannot be filled when presented, and for which the customer is prepared to wait for some time. The percentage of items back ordered and the number of back order days are important measures of the quality of a company’s customer service and the effectiveness of its inventory management.
  • How long does it take to get an item on back order?
In most cases, you can expect delivery 7- 8 weeks (depends on the type of hair piece) after the item becomes available. If your order includes both in-stock and back ordered items, the back ordered portion will be shipped at no additional charge. Delivery might take longer for some items.
  • What does it mean when something is on back order?
Back order” is a common phrase in trade and commerce to mean to place an order for a product that is temporarily out of stock. So something that is out of stock for the time being needs to be back ordered.
